Guidelines to get the most from your unique experience

  • Arrive with 5–10 prioritized questions; we will ask them with care.

  • Allow, don’t force. Describe what you notice—even if it’s “subtle” or “I’m sensing…”.

  • Speak in the present tense when describing what you perceive; it helps clarity.

  • Welcome emotion and pause anytime; you remain in control throughout.

  • Integrate afterward: Re-listen (if recorded), journal, and adopt one small daily ritual to anchor the shift.

  • You remain aware and can pause at any time.

  • Recording is optional and requires consent.

  • Respectful, judgement-free facilitation—every experience is treated as meaningful.
